11–14 years of age$150 (includes x-ray & exam)
15–74 years of age$230 (includes bloodwork, x-ray & exam)
75 years of age+$300 (includes bloodwork, x-ray, memory test & exam)

All prices include tax. All routine tests performed on site.

What to prepare

  • A list of all current medications
  • Previous medical reports of any surgeries, hospitalizations or treatments, if applicable
  • Photo ID (e.g., passport or driver's license)
  • Any letters or forms from IRCC
  • Passport photos are NOT required

Step 3

The exam day

Eat and drink normally. You do not need to fast.

Take any prescribed medication.

Visit the centre for your medical exam, blood test and X-ray. The visit takes 30–40 minutes.

After the exam

Results are submitted within 10 days.

You can check if your case has been submitted here.

The office or IRCC will contact you with any abnormal results.

Be sure to submit your UMI number to your CIC profile if doing an upfront exam.
